DIY: Adapt the Songe shorts in French Terry
Slip into the Songe shorts, light and soft as a dream... The perfect little shorts, quick to sew and easy to wear, that's Songe. The Songe shorts are available in 2 versions, with or without Italian pocket. The waist is not fully elasticated so as not to add extra volume with gathered fabric around the stomach. Adorable in a duo with our Blush camisole, these are the pajama bottoms that we will love to wear long after waking up.
Sewing level: beginner + to intermediate, the technical points are the assembly of the Italian pocket and the installation of the elasticated waistband.

Supplies
Fabric for a width of 140 cm:
- 6-12 (34-40): 70 cm
- 14-16 (42-44): 90 cm
- 18-22 (46-50): 100 cm
- 24-28 (52-56): 105 cm
- 5x25 cm of iron-on interfacing Vlieseline G785
- 1 length of boxer type elastic (according to the measurement table in the "Sizes" tab)
Soft and comfortable fabrics to wear such as cotton or viscose poplin, soft jacquard in viscose or cupro, viscose crepe, twills, tencel. Weight of the fabric between 80 and 200g/m2 approximately.
