Sewing pattern tutorial: How to sew the Cliff Coat?

The Cliff coat is a modern take on the iconic peacoat. The shape has been reworked, with defined shoulders and a rounded back achieved through pleats. The double-breasted front echoes the buttoned sleeve tabs, which you can adjust to your liking with two buttons. *Cliff* is softened by its high, enveloping shawl collar. Discover the signature detail of the design: a large front storm flap that nods to a sailor’s smock.

It’s a short coat, falling just below the hips. Fully lined and ultra-comfortable, it features large welt pockets. Discover our wool and cashmere for coats.
